Newcastle sources have also revealed that there’s a feeling at the club that Benjamin Sesko will join Manchester United, and they are looking at other targets, but still in the race.
Ollie Watkins has admirers at the club, but Aston Villa told Manchester United early in the window that he is not for sale and are adamant he is staying. The United hierarchy are reluctant to pay what they thought it may have taken for Villa to consider doing business, reports David Ornstein.
