Manchester United have drawn up a list of potential striker targets for the January transfer window.
With the club’s current position in the Premier League, they are working on potential deals to strengthen Ruben Amorim’s squad and have made some positions a priority this window.
Some players don’t fit into the manager’s style of play and the club are yet to back him in the market with just a few weeks left before the market shuts.
Wing-backs who drive in and create chances are important in Ruben Amorim’s system, but Diogo Dalot, Mazraoui, and Malacia have struggled to meet his demands in that position.
Therefore, the club has started talks recently to sign Lecce’s 20-year-old left-back Patrick Dorgu. The Italian club wants 40 million pounds, but United values the player at 30 million pounds.
Manchester United identify striker targets for the winter window

Another position the club has prioritized this winter is the forward line, with Antony Dos Santos heading to Real Betis on loan, and Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho strongly linked with a move away.
According to reports from MailSports, Manchester United will try and sign a forward this month if Garnacho, Rashford or Kobbie Mainoo leaves the club this window.
It was reported that the four main forwards being tracked by the club are Jonathan David, Bryan Mbeumo, Liam Delap, and Matheus Cunha.
One of these players will likely end up signing for Manchester United due to the strong interest from Chelsea and Napoli for Alejandro Garnacho.
Who will Manchester United sign from the four?

According to Fabrizio Romano, Matheus Cunha is “one to watch” in the last weeks of the transfer window. Contract talks with Wolves and the Brazilian have stalled and he could leave at the right price this month. Arsenal are also interested in signing the 25-year-old Brazilian forward.
Cunha was criticized by Wolves manager Vítor Pereira during the post-match interview after the Chelsea game. Reports have stated that the player wants to include a relegation clause in his contract, with Wolves in the bottom half of the league table.
Bryan Mbeumo is another forward that Manchester United has been monitoring and Brentford values him more than 50 million euros. Arsenal and Tottenham are also interested.
