Manchester United has added another striker to their list of targets ahead of the summer transfer window as Ruben Amorim searches for an experienced striker.
Manchester United ended the winter transfer window with only two signings for Ruben Amorim: Patrick Dorgu and teenage defender Ayden Heaven, who joined from Arsenal.
The wing-back position is important for Ruben Amorim’s 3-4-3 system he is implementing at the club. The unavailability of Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia has forced the club to sign Patrick Dorgu in January.
Manchester United decided to loan Tyfrell Malacia out last month to gain more minutes as he barely played under Ruben Amorim. The Dutch left-back needs minutes to find his best form back and the club believes that PSV is the best club for him.
Manchester United sent Marcus Rashford and Antony Dos Santos out on loan last month and failed to sign a replacement for Ruben Amorim which left the manager with just four attacking options.
Amad Diallo has sustained an injury that will keep him out of the season and Ruben Amorim is very short of options up front. Alejandro Garnacho, Joshua Zirkzee, and Rasmus Hojlund are available for Amorim.
However, reports have stated that the club has made the striker position a priority for the summer transfer window. Manchester United have been linked with a lot of strikers ahead of the summer.
Man United and Arsenal are watching En-Nesyri
According to Sabah, Manchester United and Arsenal are tracking Youssef En-Nesyri ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old has scored 23 goals so far this season for Fenerbahçe and that has caught the attention of Manchester United and Arsenal.
Multiple reports have also stated that Manchester United recently sent scouts to Turkey to watch Super Eagle striker Victor Osimhen. The striker is on fire since he joined Galatasaray on loan from Napoli and Manchester United could decide to do a deal in the summer.
