A new report has claimed that Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is set to hand academy star Sekou Kone his debut after his first senior team involvement.
Manchester United will face Everton in the Premier League on Saturday with Ruben Amorim, and the team is set to travel to Goodison Park for the early kick-off.

Sekou Kone set for his Manchester United debut
Manchester United completed the signing of Sekou Kone from Guidars in the summer of 2024 for a fee worth over 1 million pounds including add-ons. The 19-year-old midfielder has been impressive in the academy since joining the club.
Sekou Kone plays for the Manchester United under-18 and the under-21 as he adapts to life in England. Kone was training with the first team before Erik ten Hag was sacked, but he has also been involved under new manager Ruben Amorim.
According to GiveMeSport, Sekou Kone has earned Ruben Amorim’s trust and he is set to be handed his Manchester United debut before the end of the season.
Sekou Kone gets his first senior team involvement in the Premier League game against Tottenham which ended in a 1-0 defeat for the Red Devils. Kone was an unused substitute but the manager said after the game that “they will play”.
The Manchester United manager may not want to put the kids under pressure as they were one goal down and fighting for a leveler. However, Chido Obi debuted as he came on for Casemiro in the last minutes.
