Before the game against Arsenal, Altay Bayindir’s last appearance for Manchester United came against Tottenham in the League Cup where he conceded 4 goals and made some errors.
His future was in doubt and he was looking to leave for more first-team minutes this month. However, a recent report from MailSport journalist Chris Wheeler states that the Turkish goalkeeper is now unlikely to leave the club this month.
Bayindir made some amazing saves against Arsenal last Sunday in the FA Cup, including two penalty saves. That was his best moment in a Manchester United shirt. The 26-year-old was named the man of the match after his amazing performance.
Altay Bayindir is likely to be given more chances by Ruben Amorim after his performance against Arsenal and the Portugues manager will not be afraid to put him in goal in a Premier League match.
