Manchester United’s aim this winter window is to make as many sales as possible to make some reinforcements for Ruben Amorim.
So far, the club is yet to make one signing this window and they might end up not signing any player for the Portuguese manager.
Currently, Manchester United sits in 12th position in the Premier League table after the victory over Fulham on Sunday night. Thanks to the goal from Lisandro Martinez that earned the team the crucial three points.
That makes it two consecutive wins in a row for Ruben Amorim after the defeat at Old Trafford against Brighton. The team will be looking for a win in their next game against FCSB in the Europa League to continue their momentum after their success.
Garnacho holds the keys to Manchester United’s dealings
According to a report from Sky Sports, Alejandro Garnacho holds the keys to the club’s dealings this transfer window. Although, the club does not want to sell him but accepts that a sale will help with PSR.
The report also stated that if any club meets Manchester United’s demands for Garnacho, it would open the door for the club to pursue a loan move for Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku as a permanent move is highly unlikely.
Also, a sale of Alejandro Garnacho would make it easier for the club to negotiate further with Lecce for Patrick Dorgu as the club does not want to overpay for the left-back.
If Manchester United successfully signed Patrick Dorgu from Lecce, the club would allow Tyrell Malacia to leave on loan this transfer window.
According to Sky Sports, several European clubs are interested in signing the Dutch left-back and Manchester United will look to do a deal should Patrick Dorgu arrive.
