Manchester United youngsters Shea Lacey and James Overy returned to action after months out injured.
Shea Lacey is highly rated at the club and considered one of the best talents in the academy. However, luck has not been on his side due to an injury problem.
The 17-year-old has been struggling with injuries over the past months which have kept him out of action for a long time. Lacey missed most of the games last season after suffering a new setback.
Manchester United’s new signing James Overy who was signed alongside Sekou Kone and Chido Obi-Martin last summer was also out for 8 months due to an injury.
Both James Overy and Shea Lacey made a return over the weekend in the 2-2 draw against Liverpool under-18s.

Who is James Overy?
James Overy is an Australian footballer who Manchester United signed from Perth Glory in the summer of 2024, alongside Chido Obi and Sekou Kone. Overy plays as a right-back for the Manchester United under-18s.
The 18-year-old talented right-back made his debut for the under-18s over the weekend as they faced Liverpool. He was out for 8 months due to injury.

Shea Lacey and James Overy are one to watch in the second half of the season as they could be given a chance to train with the first team.
