Manchester United sent Marcus Rashford out on loan in the winter transfer window after he fell out with Ruben Amorim. The Portuguese manager revealed that he couldn’t get Marcus Rashford to see football the way he sees it.
It was reported that Marcus Rashford was not giving 100% in training. The 27-year-old came out and said that he is ready for a new challenge, which made the club put him up for sale.
Marcus Rashford suffered an injury
Marcus Rashford was not on the bench for the FA Cup clash against Crystal Palace due to the injury he suffered and could likely be out for the season.
Speaking to the media, Aston Villa manager Unai Emery said: “He’s injured. He got injured this week, and yesterday we did a test – it is his hamstring. We are going to try to test him each match, but he’s injured and probably won’t be available for some weeks.”
What’s next for Rashford?
Aston Villa has an option to make Marcus Rashford’s deal permanent at the end of the season, but the player is expected to return to Manchester United at the end of the season, including all loanees, according to Ruben Amorim.
“All the players that are on loan, they will return, and then the club will decide what to do at the end of the season,” Ruben Amorim said when asked about loanees.
