Alejandro Garnacho is one of the many players linked with a move away from Old Trafford this winter with Napoli showing serious interest in him.

Ruben Amorim will need some new signings this winter transfer window and for the club to meet that demand, sales are needed to be made.

Manchester United plans to sell some academy stars including Marcus Rashford and Kobbie Mainoo, but only for the right price. The fans are uncomfortable with this idea and it’s understandable due to the club’s history in youth development.

There’s no chance to see Kobbie Mainoo leave the club this winter despite interest from rivals Chelsea. However, Napoli’s interest in Garnacho is very strong with a recent report stating that the Argentine is keen to leave Old Trafford.

Manchester United rejected £40 million bid for Garnacho

According to The Mirror, Manchester United has turned down a 40 million pound offer from Napoli for Alejandro Garnacho with the player keen on the move.

The Argentine international is Napoli’s number one target to replace Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskelia who is joining Paris Saint Germain.

Multiple reports have stated that Manchester United are demanding 60-70 million pounds to release Alejandro Garnacho this month as the club are not actively looking to sell him.

Manchester United will consider selling the 20-year-old if Napoli meets their demand. He is an important player in the squad and he has started two games in a row for the club.

Otherwise, Manchester United will look to keep Garnacho who has proven to be a key player for the club since breaking into the team under Erik ten Hag.
