A new report has stated that a young Manchester United fan has been arrested for slapping a Manchester City winger in the face after the Manchester Derby on Sunday night.
Manchester United hosted Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City at Old Trafford on Sunday after a 2-1 victory in their last meeting in the League, in which Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo scored the two late goals for the Red Devils.
The Manchester Derby last night ended in a 0-0 draw after both teams failed to find the net. Manchester United legend Roy Keane described the game as a Derby friendly.
Manchester United moved from 14th to 13th position in the Premier League after the draw against Manchester City last night. Ruben Amorim’s team had the best opportunities in the game but failed to take them.

Manchester United fan was arrested for assault
According to MailSport, A 20-year-old Manchester United fan has been arrested and charged for assault after he allegedly slapped Manchester City winger Jack Grealish in the face while making his way off the field after the Derby.
The report also stated that the 20-year-old Manchester United fan would appear before a Manchester magistrate in July 2025.
However, Jack Grealish is not thought to be seriously injured after the attack. The Manchester City winger came on in the 74th minute of the game for Ikay Gundogan.
Phil Foden was also targeted by the fans when he was making his way out as well, with the Manchester United fans chanting about his mother. The FA condemned this act from the supporters, but no action will be taken.
