Will Amad Diallo and De Ligt be available for Athletic Bilbao? Amorim received squad boost

Amad Diallo and De Ligt returned to Manchester United’s squad training at Carrington on Wednesday morning after being injured for a few weeks/months.

After suffering an injury in training, Manchester United considered Amad Diallo, along with Argentine defender Lisandro Martinez, to be ruled out for the season.

However, the Ivorian winger has been working hard and pushing for a return to help his teammates for the last games of the season, and with Manchester United still in the Europa League competition, he will be important.

Manchester United’s league form gets worse after Amad Diallo’s injury, but the team still managed to stay unbeaten in the Europa League campaign so far. Amad is regarded as the best player in the squad and always gives his all on the pitch.

Manchester United vs Athletic Club: Amad Diallo and Nico Williams' injury update ahead of the game

Manchester United are preparing for a two-legged Europa League semi-final clash against Athletic Bilbao next week, with Nico Williams and Amad Diallo reported to be in doubt for the game.

Last week, Spanish news outlet Marca reported that Nico Williams suffered a groin injury and is set to miss the La Liga game against Real Madrid, and it was unknown whether he will be available for Manchester United.

Manchester United’s forward Amad Diallo suffered a serious injury in training, and his season was considered over, as well as Lisandro Martinez’s. However, the Ivorian has been working and pushing hard for a return.

Amad Diallo returned to the gym at Carrington on the 9th April and has been doing individual training on the grass. A new report from Fabrizio Romano has stated that there’s a big chance he will be available again this season with the major target on the Europa League.

Will Nico Williams be available vs Manchester United?

Nico Williams was ruled out of the game against Real Madrid due to a groin injury, but he has made his return from the setback as he played the last Athletic Bilbao game against Las Palmas.

The Spanish winger came off the bench in the 65th minute of the game as he replaced Alex Berenguer. However, Oihan Sancet came off during the game due to an injury he suffered. It remains unseen whether the midfielder will be available for selection next week.

Will Amad Diallo play Athletic Bilbao?

Amad Diallo will try and be available for the Europa League first leg or the second leg, according to Fabrizio Romano, who exclusively revealed on Thursday that the winger will return to team training from next week.

Ruben Amorim will be happy to have the winger back for the game, with Joshua Zirkzee ruled out for the season due to a hamstring injury. Manchester United has only Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho as the only options in the Europa League, with Chido Obi not eligible to play.

Mason Mount and Manuel Ugarte return to team training ahead of Real Sociedad clash

Ruben Amorim has received a huge boost ahead of the Europa League game against Real Sociedad as Mason Mount and Manuel Ugarte make a return from injury.

Manchester United will resume Europa League action on Thursday as they take on La Liga outfit Real Sociedad in the second leg of the round of 16 tie.

Ruben Amorim’s team drew 1-1 when they traveled to Spain on the 6th March, but Manchester United was close to a victory after Joshua Zirkzee’s goal. Real Sociedad found a way to equalize after VAR awarded a penalty for Bruno Fernandes’s handball.

There was an improvement in terms of performance in the last two games. Their last Premier League game against Arsenal also saw the team come close to a victory.

Ruben Amorim has been coping without some of his first-team players over the past weeks with Amad Diallo and Lisandro Martinez likely ruled out of the season.

However, the Portuguese manager has received a bit of good news ahead of the Europa League game against Real Sociedad at Old Trafford.

Mount and Manuel Ugarte back to training

Manuel Ugarte has been out since the FA Cup match against Fulham which saw Manchester United knocked out of the competition. The midfielder played only 53 minutes after he suffered a knock.

The club has confirmed that the Uruguay midfielder has returned to team training at Carrington on Wednesday morning ahead of the game against Real Sociedad.

Will Mason Mount play against Real Sociedad?

Mason Mount is unlikely to be available for Manchester United’s game against Real Sociedad as it’s too soon for him, but he is back to team training and close to playing again.

Ruben Amorim is desperate to get and keep Mason Mount fit as he views him as an ideal fit for one of the No. 10 roles in his system, according to James Ducker.

There’s a possibility that Manuel Ugarte will be ready to face Real Sociedad, but Mason Mount is not ready yet. The likes of Harry Maguire, Leny Yoro, and Kobbie Mainoo were not spotted in training.

Manchester United injury news: Ruben Amorim talks Mason Mount and Luke Shaw ahead of Ipswich clash

Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has given an update on Mason Mount and Luke Shaw ahead of the Ipswich game on Wednesday night.

Manchester United will host Ipswich at Old Trafford on Wednesday night, looking for a win to build momentum. Ruben Amorim and his men are yet to win a Premier League game this month.

Manchester United lost to Crystal Palace at home, lost to Tottenham, and drew 2-2 at the Goodison Park stadium against Everton. The club is in 15th place in the Premier League table and will be aiming for a win against an Ipswich side battling relegation.

Manchester United’s defence and attack are a serious concern for Ruben Amorim, with Lisandro Martinez and Amad Diallo ruled out of the season due to injury.

Noussair Mazraoui had an injury problem during the game against Everton last week and he was reportedly set to undergo a test on Monday to confirm his availability for the game against Ipswich Town.

Manchester United’s injury update

During Ruben Amorim’s pre-match conference for the Ipswich game, the manager revealed that he is not expecting any change and that he thinks the squad will be the same as the Everton game.

However, there is still a question mark on Noussair Mazraoui whether he will be available for Ipswich Town. Fans will likely confirm his availability when the squad arrives at Old Trafford for the game.

Ruben Amorim also revealed that Kobbie Mainoo, Jonny Evans, and Toby Collyer are still recovering while Amad and Lisandro Martinez are out until next season.

Mason Mount and Luke Shaw are still recovering, but the manager has claimed that he doesn’t know the return date for both players. However, Mount is closer to a return than Luke Shaw.

Altay Bayindir and Tom Heaton have missed out on Manchester United’s last two games due to injury and both players are still out.

Manchester United will travel to Goodison Park on Saturday to face Everton in the Premier League after the 1-0 defeat against Tottenham last week.

Manchester United currently sits in the bottom half of the Premier League table and they will be looking for a win against Everton one point above the Red Devils.

Ruben Amorim has received an early team boost after the Portuguese manager traveled to Tottenham without 12 senior team players. The manager turned to the academy after the injuries sustained in training last week.

Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte’s injuries are said not to be serious compared to Amad Diallo’s as the Ivorian winger is set to be out of the season with an ankle injury.

Leny Yoro and Christain Eriksen have recovered

According to a new report from MailSport, Leny Yoro, and Christain Eriksen have recovered from their illness and will be available for the manager for the clash against Everton at the weekend.

Kobbie Mainoo could be out for some weeks, but the report has stated that Toby Collyer and Manuel Ugarte’s injuries are not considered too serious.

With Lisandro Martinez and Amad Diallo ruled out of the season, Ruben Amorim may still need the academy players as he still lacks options in the attack.

17-year-old Chido Obi debuted for Manchester United against Tottenham after coming on for midfielder Casemiro in the last minute of the game. Ruben Amorim revealed during his post-match interview that the kids will play when asked about the unused substitute

Chido Obi could get more senior team involvement for the rest of the season after Amad Diallo’s injury and with the club’s lack of goals.

James Scanlon and Chido Obi are under consideration vs Spurs as three players suffered injuries in training

Ruben Amorim is set to call Manchester United’s young talents Chido Obi and James Scanlon to the first-team squad for the game against Tottenham.

Manchester United will visit the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Sunday, but Ruben Amorim is likely to be without some of his first-team players.

The Portuguese manager said during his press conference on Friday that they had problems in training this week and some players may not be in the squad vs Tottenham.

A new report has revealed that Ruben Amorim has included 19-year-old midfielder Jack Moorhouse in the squad to face Tottenham tomorrow due to the lack of depth in the squad.

According to a new report from Laurie Whitwell, Kobbie Mainoo, Manuel Ugarte, and Toby Collyer all suffered injuries in training this week.

Kobbie Mainoo’s injury looks more serious and he is expected to be out for a few weeks while Collyer and Ugarte major doubts for the trip to Tottenham.

James Scanlon and Chido Obi could be involved

According to MailSport, Chido Obi and midfielder James Scanlon are under consideration to be involved in the Manchester United squad vs Tottenham.

The reports stated that both players are training with the first team on Saturday and could be involved with Kobbie Mainoo, Manuel Ugarte and Toby Collyer suffered an injury in training this week.

Jack Moorhouse, Chido Obi, and James Scanlon have been impressive for the academy this season and could be given a chance to make their debut in the coming games.

Moorhouse is already involved and it seems very likely that he will get minutes in the game with Bruno Fernandes, Casemiro, and Eriksen the only midfielders available for the manager.

Ruben Amorim has called some academy players to take part in senior team training since his arrival in November and a lot of players have impressed the manager.
